I’m gonna break it to you bro. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s texting 5-10 other guys. Have an abundance mindset. Never put all your eggs in one basket. I always have idealized people and gotten attached quickly, which is the opposite of what you want to do. It’s a lesson I’m still trying to learn.

It's pretty normal but it doesn't mean every woman does it. She's keeping her options open just like you are.

Definitely don't tell her to stop. You're in the texting phase so who are you to tell her anything plus it'll make you look insecure.

You just have to think if she's worth pursuing. To me, based on this very limited info, she sounds like she's also insecure and needs a lot of outside validation which I personally find to be a red flag.

Take her on a date before you do anything. If she gets jealous just ask her, "am I supposed to care that you're texting other guys since you care so much about me talking to other women?" No matter what she says, just be chill and don't offer to change anything. If she offers to change and wants you to change, make a joke of her being in love with you or you'll think about it, then tell her "we can try it and see how it goes" a bit later after you've thought about it (or given her the impression you actually spent time thinking about it). You're on the cusp of having her chase you, relax into it, resist strategically, and don't fuck it up by doing anything drastic.

That said, being attractive as a man does not carry you through life. Finances and intelligence become more apparently important the older you get.

Because agency becomes the #1 value. If you can do what you want, when you want. And when price no longer matters. When you make your own schedule and are not dependent on a breadwinner like a parent or a spouse to take care of you.

Attractiveness by itself will make you at most a boy toy. And maybe some married woman keeps you around and pays your rent. But there really is no mobility with looks alone for a man. Unless you just want to be someone’s stay at home husband eventually. Which is not a bad thing - different strokes
