I mean the alternative is they agree to go on a date and then flake. Or you go on a first date and they ghost. Girls on apps are way more flakey than girls you meet in person. They have too many options they always want something better. Imagine you are getting hundreds of likes a day there's always someone better.

Focus on building connection before getting the number.

Numbers/socials dont mean shit.

They are a good metric for success when you are learning, because they demonstrate basic social competence.

But reasonably attractive women have lots of options. One more good experience with an attractive man is just background noise to them.

You have to become exceptional. So build your capacity to provide an exceptional experience.

This means being able deepening the interpersonal connection and yoyoing between building and breaking rapport.

One way to prevent frustration around lack of contact is to stop taking numbers. Instead, give her yours. If she calls, she calls. Otherwise, no big deal.

Probably boring. “How are you?” Etc. You want banter and only banter for the first 10ish messages. Then hint at a date, gauge her response, get the #, follow up via text and book the date.

Be more interesting, lol. Women don't owe you a response; it is completely fine for anyone to ditch out of a dating situation at any point.
