I posted a while back about my ex shacking up with a new guy before the divorce was finalized. After 15 years together plus kids, it didn't take her long at all to move on. Good for her, and even better for me.

Turns out, in Utah, cohabitation terminates alimony (81-4-505). Our final agreement covered this, and was signed by all parties and finalized by the court. No issues at all, despite the concern expressed by some in the comments of my previous post. Monthly CS payment is thankfully modest, well under 1k.

After all is said and done, I'm just glad I picked a partner who is so dedicated to digging her own grave.
