If you want to make money, you have to be prepared to read a bunch of books on business, investing, trading, the law etc. Also you have to determine for yourself what to read. Also, you have to be prepared to take risks with your money. If you're not prepared to do that, how can you hope to amass a fortune?

It's like asking how to become successful with girls and getting "confidence and just be yourself" replies.

Investments and smart spending are something everyone can do but alone they won't make you a millionarie. There is a lot of morally questionable stuff hidden behind a millionaire's money and they sure as hell don't want you to find out what it is.

Jumping into stocks is not smart. It is gambling. You need to spend months figuring things out before you invest a single dime. Most companies are just scams, issue stock, raise money, pay themselves, rinse & repeat. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, but talk to losers FIRST before you talk to winners. Winners are the loudest, they love to gloat so you think they're everywhere, but they're not. Most people will lose. Very few win.

The key to having money is living frugally. Forgo expensive trips, new cars, all the things you think would make a tinder girl drop panties. It sucks, but there's no shortcut unless your dad gave you a silver spoon. Just lift, eat protein, work, and enjoy the simple pleasures. After a couple years, you'll have enough to stop worrying about the bills and can start enjoying some of the finer things. That's the practical advice. If you want to go read a bunch of self help, get rich books at a thrift store, you can do that. You can also go back to school and get a sheepskin, just get ready to eat a lot of shit.
