This is an idea I have come across rather a lot

The idea that smart women want a 'nice guy' or a stable provider, or that the ideas of redpill somehow don't apply to intelligent, accomplished women

This is utter bollocks

The core tenets all fully apply, with the only difference being the superficial signals they look for.

Take Latisha from the ghetto or Ma'y-Jane from the trailer-park, both of these women are attracted to power, status and confidence and their interpretation of what this means is the guy who is the best fighter, the man who is the best shot at the rifle range, the guy who gives the most biggest smack-talk in the club, as he blows probably half of what he owns on drinks, they like the gang-leader because in their environment the gang-leader is the embodiment of power and success.

Take Dianna or Florence the daughter of the hedge-fund manager, these girls might be very successful, go to Ivy-league/Russell Group universities and appear to be the nice girl who wants the nice guy, but really they are looking for different indicators of the same thing. To them the arrogant, powerful, high status guy is the man with the internship to die for lined up after he graduates, the man who has the social admiration and respect of all the lesser beings who surround him, the man who answers questions with a smirk "something like that" whilst wearing his 1K suit. It's not simply the money which makes him attractive (that's Beta-bucks), it's his affluent swagger, that man underneath is just the same as the gang-leader and Dianna is the same woman as Latisha, had she been raised in the same environment.
