I'm not one of these people who thinks it only counts if it's "real". If I can't tell the difference, then for all intents and purposes it's real to me. I'm concerned with the aesthetic, not how it got that way.

And, as always, my advice if you're concerned about being judged for having hair transplants is don't tell anyone.

If I can't tell the difference then have at it. However, my office shares floor space with the Hair Club for Men and every so often a few of their clients wander over to our side and well... I've seen some bad and obviously fake work done.

Additionally when I was a waitress I served a guy who just had his transplant done. He was sitting a low booth so I had a clear view of his scalp and that shit was still...weeping. It was like little bunches of hair on a red, swollen scalp with clear fluid seeping from the roots. oh my god, the memory still makes me sick.

I think I am attracted to a lot of the traits that fall under the “bald works for him” umbrella. I think the lack of those traits would be more unattractive than hair transplants.

(Side note: I watched a bunch of videos on HT when I couldn’t sleep the other night and my god, that procedure is crazy! It must have been painful and I hope you enjoy the results!!!)

Yeah I don't care. I don't like bald men because I don't think they look good, not because they have balding genes lol. Hair transplants are totally fine.

But as a medical worker I can tell you I strongly suggest NOT getting hair transplants in your 20's. You'll likely experience more hair loss behind the transplants as you age. It's certainly not my area of expertise, however.

Oh man, I love my fiance's hair. Probably the best physical feature about him. Don't tell him this, but I would be heartbroken if he went bald. I would still love him and stay with him. But in the dead of night, I'd roll over, stare at his barren head and just sigh sadly.

I'd be very fine with a hair transplant. I'd rather that than a bald guy. I guess it's not natural in the since that it is the product of medical intervention. But it's natural hair and not a toupee, that's the important thing.

It's unfair, but it would be a turnoff, same as if I found out he had chin implants or a nose job it'd be a turnoff. Why not just not tell them? If I didn't know it couldn't be a turnoff, savvy?

I've been bald my whole life. My parents and older siblings had me like that as a child. It was the style back then when gangbanging was mainstream in LA.

I've been bald so long that the few times I tried to grow out my hair I didn't even know wtf to do with it or what to ask for at the barbershop.

Idk why guys stress so much about balding with age. Just cut it all off. Theres plenty of bitches out there into bald men.

Balding is just aspect of it. Even if you fixed that (convincingly) somehow, the other things would still turn me off so for me you can't really "save your attractiveness" as you put it. Just not into older guys.

For me it would be a deal breaker. I don't see it as increasing smv. I see it as vanity of a man that doesn't have the charisma or natural characteristics to lead and whatever positive that created on looks is wiped away by their clear show of weakness.

Of course if I never knew and it looked natural it would probably have a slight positive impact.
