a huge part of Inceldom is an American culture thing right? As someone raised from another culture, not experiencing teenage sex isn't some god promised right taken away as some incels act like. Of course loneliness and being unable to find partners is universal, but this if I can't have cute 18 year old gf, I've been oppressed mentality seems to be pretty specific. How much do entertainment like movies factor into this?

Quick background:

Pic

5'9", Athletic, 24, no experience with women at all (I've never tried kissing a woman or pushing anything forward even though I got a fair amount of attention in HS), and struggling with poverty level (Escort/Prostitution services are out the door, and logistics would be a serious issue).
I don't count a truth or dare incident where I was forced to kiss a woman.
No car/bike (getting a bike real soon)
Never believed in love/romance, and don't care to "date" (It's 2017, and people around my age and younger don't seem to be doing that anyway which is fine by me).
My brain would shut off when it came to escalation, seduction, and chemistry since I dismissed a lot of stuff regarding "dating" once introduced at a young age. (as in I literally just didn't know what to do with a woman).
I'm not very affectionate, but I've practiced kino to the point where it isn't as forced (but I still have to be cognizant of it, and it does near nothing for me in terms of arousal).
From a psychological standpoint my inhibitions are high, and it's hard to get horny sober.
I don't consider light touching, light teasing, and extended eye contact to really be flirty since I either don't realize we're both flirting or it doesn't make me aroused (Basically I falter completely socially when it comes to seduction and displaying interest which sends mixed signals).
Don't really get lonely for some reason (which I find unhealthy).
Indirect approach or social circle is how I've met women, but due to my living situation the bar is the best bet to meet women.

There is a local bar that I've gone to a few times and I've been told by an associate who knows my N count 0 status and told me come summer time when the younger crowd comes in I should have very little issue.

Any recommendations for a beginner who's simply been behind in all aspects of life due to a rough upbringing?

I feel like its getting more and more difficult with each day. In high school I could eventually find a qt with a lot of effort, but as I get older women are getting more and more experience. Getting a taste of Chad changes them like tasting human blood changes an animal. I'm objectively more attractive and experienced than I was in highschool Hi ppd (https://imgur.com/a/ABzxn) but it's not enough to turn back the prevailing tide. Soon I'll just have to call it quits until I'm in my 30s and all of them are burnt up and maybe one or two are looking for me because they decided I was marginally better then being left on the shelf.

Me at my lowest weight still didn't make much of a difference tho and I've already ballooned up 40 pounds since again. Do I need new friends who won't lie to me about my defective personality or am I really having issues with my looks or is it something else here? Serious question. By the way I have also tried asking out overweight women who aren't considered super pretty in an effort to no be shallow which weirdly enough was met with a lot more hostility and anger than with more attractive women who were usually really nice about saying they weren't interested. It is as if women of a similar weight or higher were incredible offended someone like me would try which really did a lot of damage to my self esteem. I know I am suppose to stay within my league and I try too but I don't really know what my league even is to be honest.

I hope I don't end up regretting this post. :(
