You can read the article here. In short it talks about the shaming of male sexuality. A few quotes from the article:

A man who is sexually aroused by the idea of tying up a woman, beating her, and fucking her might very well be concerned that that arousal makes him a misogynist, or at best unfeminist, or at worst a sexual predator waiting to happen.

I doubt such men are that concern about being misogynist or unfeminist or being a sexual predator. As really most men even in the BDSM world are largely not concern with such things, barely any men are and the ones who are are likely male feminists anyway who are more than likely not dominate (least in the BDSM sense) and that are subs (in the BDSM sense). More so such men that are into such things learn one must own it when it comes to this sort of thing. As if you don't well lets just say women easily get turned off to say the least. As such its one of those things once you made your hole you better see it thru as there's no backing out.

A good number of them spend the bulk of their formative adolescent years feeling that sex is something they want far more of, and far more urgently, than women.

Well ya. When you are told by girls and your male peers that you are a horny monkey 24/7 what do you expect? As girls and that young women especially question your sexuality if you don't want sex right there and then. This makes men think they must always want sex as if they don't they must be gay or something is wrong with them, even tho in reality men's libo various just like women's and men don't learn early on that they don't have the urge for sex all the time.

Men are also subjected to double-standards, and they're less talked about.

Ya because doing so is either taboo or that bring it up is shamed/downplayed/etc as clearly men don't have it worse or that have issues.

I don't think we're supposed to run around being Manic Pixie Dream Girls freeing the men in our lives from their psychological burdens

While the author is right its not women's responsibility to do so at the same time how does she expect men to release and more importantly open up about their sexual desires?
