Have you ever discussed TRP with anyone in real life? How did that go?

I have discussed the ideas irl usually without the terms or name and am more often agreed with than not. Even by feminists a lot of times lol. The most common emotional reaction is sadness, usually following comprehension of the ideas I'm positing.

I have attempted to do so numerous times. I've yet to encounter a single person who admits to ever having heard of it at all. I've asked at least a dozen people.

My BF told me to stop reading it and to get off Reddit all together. He thinks the TRP posts are like a soap opera. I think they're more like cautionary tales.

I've talked about it with my ex before, during and after we dated, another guy I've dated on and off for a bit (who, as it turns out was already red pilled) some male friends of mine, and a few female friends too but without using the lingo/terminology, just general ideas and tenets.

It's gone fine so far. Some people bristle at what I feel are certain harsh truths and refuse to read or discuss it further, others have agreed that certain things are true from their own experiences or speak to how they've always felt deep down meanwhile a few others have thought it was true for OTHER people, but claim they can't in any way relate.

I try to talk to my boyfriend about the topics we discuss here. I hope to get him interested enough to join in on the discussion, but he's just not into it. Sometimes he gets a little angry at me about it, because he doesn't understand why I continue to talk to people who at times make me visibly upset. He is not a fan of RP ideas. He is fairly convinced that the majority of RPillers are teenage boys (no dis, just relating what he said). He also has told me that he has no interest in being a captain, even though I feel like I'm fairly RPW anyways, minus the tradcon.

The most RP thing he ever said was when I asked him if he thought that women had it easier. He said "No I would kill myself if I was a woman." I asked him why and he said, "because you are so weak." (He was talking about physical weakness)

I managed to redpill one of my best friends while he was in a relationship with a rather shitty woman (arent they all though lol). Since dumping that slag and committing to RP virtues, he's since gotten a better job, gotten in even better shape, and had a number of dates via Tinder and OkCupid.

It's all about careful selection. Just trying to spout off RP concepts to the general public (consisting, as it does, of betas and carouselers who all have their egos invested into the bluepill worldview) would be a formula for disaster.

It'd be like extolling the virtues of capitalism to a bunch of Soviet Union citizens. You would be, at the least, ostracized, maybe lose your job, maybe end up in Siberia. A man alone can't wage open war against the system.

Didn't call it TRP, but often discuss the ideology in real life with people I know, both male and female. General consensus is that the ideas are correct, but 'aren't things that should really be spoken about' (whatever that's supposed to mean). The few guys who disagree have little first-hand experience with girls, and cling to fantasies of being the knight to rescue the princess, while the few girls who disagree have too much first-hand experience with guys, think I'm slut-shaming them, and then go on the defensive. It is what it is. I'm still red pill though.

Only with friends and quite often - with women too. They know I'm a good person looking out for them, so when I start talking about ruthless RP theory on how love doesn't exist, female hypergamy and other such cynicism - I naturally do it in such a way to make it all very politically correct with a healthy dose of humor. I simply find human relationships too interesting to not talk about them regularly with those I respect.

I do that all the time, only thing is i don't use spergspeak to do it. Generally it goes over well. Sometimes people that are very ideologically invested disagree but in general most normal people find it insightfull.

Yup, I was introduced to this stuff by some friends when I was an incel and I was basically asking everyone I knew for any kind of advice to help me.

I got tons of shitty advice, but I made friends with a couple guys who similarly weren't satisfied with their sex lives and were trying to improve

I got evangelical during my first few months and talked to a bunch of closer friends about it, they already knew I was searching for help in this area of my life so they really weren't surprised to hear me talk about it

I actually learned about TRP irl through my then-boyfriend. I was already a redditor but didn't know what TRP was. He mentioned it and I asked what it was about. He said it was a "terrible terrible place" that I should just stay away from the awful circle jerk, and compared it to Donald Trump subreddits.

I tried telling a friend about it when he was having issues with his wife, mother, and MIL all causing drama. I gave him links and pointers. He ignored it all and was like yeah, yeah, funny stuff, whatever dude. Then about a year later he told me, unsolicited, that he finally learned one lesson I was trying to hammer into him - "Don't talk to the mothers. Keep all the mothers on need to know basis and don't gossip or bad mouth anyone, ever, in their presence."

I tried once with a guy friend I'd grown up with after he was considering marrying a fat, ugly bitch he'd met online through World of Warcraft who lived halfway across the country. I failed miserably because he didn't want to listen to shit I had to say. He met her once and knocked her up, and she pushed to get married. Later she got knocked up by a coworker of hers (at a gas station) because she was cheating on him, but he's raising the kid as his own even though it's clear the kid's half-Mexican.

I have multi-LTRs who I talk to about appropriate versions of RP concepts, but I'd never suggest flat-out hitting some woman with a pure, unadulterated RP discussion.

I've talked about redpill subjects with my more religious friends and my SO. I didn't refer to it by name though, when I bring it up its usually an observation or opinion about something relationship related. My religious friends are generally surprised I'm so conservative when it comes to relationships. My SO agrees with me 9/10 times and is happy I'm, as he likes to say, not as impulsive and irresponsible as most girls he knows.

I've also made slightly redpill remarks around my mother and sister, but my sister is as bluepill as a person can get so that's not something I'll ever do again.

I bring up RP topics with my lover a few times a month. We are both "purple pill", but he doesn't read MGTOW/MRA/gender discussion sites, whereas I'm very interested in these topics. We're both egalitarian and aware of the existence of sexism/misandry, but he doesn't care enough about learning terms or talking to others on the Internet.

I do sometimes bring it up very subtly to longtime customers or coworkers of mine, and they all agree with it. I'm very pro-MGTOW as well, which helps me talk to guys and get them to realize they have value and worth outside of relationships with women.

Of course, most of the people I discuss this stuff with are older/old and have been around the block many times, so that might have something to do with it...

I have 4 IRL friends who regularly read TRP.

Though I'd wager TRP concepts are pretty mainstream these days. There's a major hit song whose premise is "These hoes ain't loyal."

I showed it to one of my friends and we both collectively laughed at it for a while and discussed how awful it was. We both agreed that we have to keep our one depressed male friend the fuck away from red pill shit, because in his mental state he would absorbed it, we made a pact to never talk of it near him.

In another conversation I had with another friend who already knew about it, we talked about my interactions with both radical feminsts and red pillers, and how the red pillers are worse because the radical feminists are better versed in logical reasoning.
