Part 1 in which she gleefully describes how her husband comes last, and will always come last, despite having been divorced once already. Her selfishness and self-centredness is just astounding:

David Code, a family therapist and writer for the Wall Street Journal, says in his best-selling book To Raise Happy Kids, Put Your Marriage First that adults should spend more time being a perfect spouse and less time being a perfect parent... Yet, for me, putting a husband first is outmoded. Why should women put their husbands before their children?

She closes with this gem:

The truth is, of course, that children are so much nicer than men. They smell better. They look cuter. They also love us unconditionally. Of course we put them first. Why on earth wouldn't we?

Part 2 in which her husbands mirrors her own thinking from the above quote and forms a similar bond with his daughter in preference to her, and she becomes bitterly jealous even though she did the same thing and expected him to like it.

Part 3 in which she gets divorced yet again and then spends 65,000 pounds on doing herself up even though she specifically forbade any spending on such cosmetic frivolities in her first article:

We stopped going out much. I didn't dress up in the way I used to, either. I couldn't see the point. Our life was about our child, wasn't it?

I spend a fortune on [the kids]. I spend almost no money on myself and not a lot on my husband

Times have changed. Women don't have to cook, clean, chivvy and then turn to eveningwear in order to keep their man.

Interesting that she refused to spruce herself up for her husband, but now that she is single again she spends all her savings doing exactly that.

Part 4 in which she laments how slim the pickings are in the dating market for a woman of her age. But interestingly she never recognizes that she had it all - not once but twice - and threw it all away because she took her husband for granted and expected him to like it.

So, if men know this is the ratshit way they will be treated, it should come as no surprise when they opt not to be taken for granted, taken for a ride, and treated like shit after the limerence phase wears off. If men realize they are disposable, then it makes sense they would preemptively treat women as disposable too.

I'm interested to hear whether you think it's right or wrong to act in the way this woman did, several times over. If you think it's wrong, how would you educate women not to do that? Or if you think it's right, why should men want to have anything to do with you in the future?
