I don't understand why you decided to post this. All this video is is you asking leading questions, to which your gf seems to just be repeating what you ask her as an answer

(i.e. "talk to them about how we work out"

"well we go to the gym and squat"

"tell them how you wouldn't go out with a dude who squats less than you"

"I wouldn't go out with a dude that squats less than me")

You prompt her to talk about a topic and she talks about it. Honestly, it reminds me of how my uncle and aunt need to constantly prod my niece and nephew to say more than one sentence at a time. Besides that though... meh? Also, lol at the cave-collapsing part, she didn't even care about whether a dude could do a pull-up or not. I don't know what else to comment on besides "good for you for being in a happy relationship?" I'm not accepting it as a standard (especially in terms of what I'm looking for in a relationship), but all the power to you, I guess.

Also, it doesn't even seem like she's given a single thought about RP ideas, and only hears what you talk to her about/reads what you write. So why should I listen to what she thinks when I'm 99% sure she doesn't even care about it and her frame of reference to it seems to you telling her that "bloopers write huge paragraphs before jerking them off into space and eating [his] creamy sauce"? Also, nasty.

At this point, she says that your lived experience is different from GLO on reddit/internet forums. Interesting. Why is there a difference between what you post on reddit and how you live your relationship with your gf, and what are the differences?

What I got out of that video is that the reason she supports certain positions is sometimes quite different from why you supports certain positions and that she doesn't agree with all your posts but will support you anyway. I get that you are trying to make it cute and all but there are still clear differences.

I didn't feel silenced, just didn't feel like the video inspired much discussion. But since you obviously wanted to start a dialogue and people are looking for bp to have more to say (well pp technically but w/e) here you go.

Honestly what I got from this is GLO =/= her boyfriend. GLO is your internet persona and is an exaggerated caricature of the person she is dating. At the very least, she expressed a disconnect between the two.

Additionally, she seems to not really have a problem with TRP but does disagree with some of what she sees. Looks more like toleration and an attempt to be a supportive girlfriend.

That is all fine of course, really nothing wrong with either of those things. In fact that is very believable to me and makes sense. GLO might end up alone, his toned down IRL counterpart, not so much. Also you do normal activities together! Which is honestly great for a relationship.

Really the only thing that bothered me about the video is never getting to really hear what she had to say and her thoughts. It came up briefly here and there but I was really looking forward to hearing from her. It felt very directed (as many interviews are, so not like you did anything crazy). Was just disappointed in the lack of open questions allowing her to express more of her thoughts and opinions.

Edit: of course maybe she didn't have any other thoughts or opinions to add, which is fine. The interview was just conducted in a way that made it feel like she might have had more to say, given a more conducive environment. And I hoped to hear more. So yeah, disappointing.

It was actually interesting to watch, his gf is a typical pretty girl who is kind of charming in a feminine almost childlike way, he is actually fairly warm and playful around her rather than this truly cold, ruthless guy.

There are a lot of other ways to have a happy and fulfilling relationship, most of which RP dogs on for some reason. GLO has a stereotypical RP relationship, and no one is surprised, but BP doesn't really care TBH.

If you're offering this as some sort of proof, I'm not sure what you think your're proving. Your GF doesn't mind your on-line antics, so what? Your GF does not speak for, nor represent anyone but herself. There are still a lot of people who disagree fundamentally with RP and putting your GF and you up to talk about work out tips does nothing to change anyone's opinion.

She is a certain kind of girl -probably the most common kind- who is kind of childlike and needs a strong leader to balance her out, that's cool, she seems sweet, and hopefully you guys are happy, sounds like you are... you need that kind of adoration, you both get what you want/need and good for you guys :)

Honestly I doubt anybody cares or has a problem with your relationship. The "problem" comes when terpers think that's how all girls are, trust me I'm betting a huge percentage would absolutely despise a traditional relationship like this (imagining myself as a girl like her in a relationship like this makes me feel sick to my stomach honestly, adoring and sweet is not my thing haha), and trying to game them into that position would be terrible to their psyche's and would drive them away or just into a very unhappy depressive state.

So let's say 30% of guys are like you and want a sweet, simple and adoring girlfriend, and 30% of girls want a strong leader who can tell them what to do and make them feel safe and loved and give them purpose. I bet the other 70% is some drastic variation between this and a 100% polar opposite, TRP says you/your gf is the 99%, which is were alllll the BP's issues are.
