Thought I'd chime in with my views towards the discussion.

I've come around to some of the views on the Red Pill. Stuff on there seems to fluctuate from interesting sexual philosophy to bat shit crazy views and opinions.

Sometimes I feel like the only people joining into the discussion are the extremists. And I am beginning to wonder if i'm part of some sort of silent majority (Or at least decently high number of people).

So where to start. Just going to speak my mind here.

Now first of all, confidence is important. I tie confidence in with many things, health, skills, appearance, eye contact, posture and so many much more. It's important to have, and it's attractive. I think there is no real debate here.

What I really don't understand is the concept of being a jerk to a woman. Being a Jerk? Just because some frat boy is a jerk and gets girls doesn't mean that's some sort of hidden recipe to getting girls. Rather it seems that joking around and not being too serious is what is important. Pretty much act girls the same you would to your friends. Sure you make fun of them, as you do your mates. I make fun of my mates all the time, in a fun-loving way. Girls seem to really like it, especially if it's all in good fun and shows how comfortable you are. That you're not giving them special treatment just because you want sex.

Back to another thing I believe big time from TRP is not putting a women on a pedestal. I think my last chunk of text dives into that pretty well. I can go into this more if anyone wants to chuck me a message or comment. They are just people. And it's just sex. It's something that every single one of your ancestors has done. Will just live in a way to sexual society.

Now the whole ALPHA/BETA thing is a sort of divide for me. Obviously it exists, it's nature. I hate how fucking simplistic it is on TRP. One thing I have seen in the past that drives me fucking crazy, is when I see some dude trying desperately to act ALPHA. I've seen it happen a couple of times, and it is one of the most cringe worthy things I have ever seen. Acting Alpha seems to be basically trying to one-up all the men around you, commenting on how bad there handshakes are, trying to one-up gym stories. Just focusing on the other men rather then yourself! Try and just hold eye contact, don't be afraid to talk to anyone and see anyone you find attractive as a potential partner. Keep fit and eat healthy and things will change. Don't force it, it's the worse thing when I see it. ***Note this is in Real Life, not on the subreddit or internet.

I'm going to leave it there. I could go on.

Basically I never identify through a group. It's self-destructive behaviour. I think unhappy and people with low confidence find way too much happiness and confidence by submitting and identifying through a group, and then ultimately letting that group make their decisions. It's something I hold close to me.

So I was kinda curious if other people think this way. There just seems to be so many extremists posting, and I feel like the only people who comment regularly, tend to be those way too invested. I know I'm posting right now but i've been thinking about it and writing about it in my journal a lot, and i just want to know if i'm not alone here. The silent majority make up the most views to every youtube video, subreddit and Facebook page. I'm wondering if i'm not alone.

TLDR: does anyone else thing that TheRedPill has a lot of good ideas, but is always crazy nutty in a lot of areas.
