I'm not redpill and there's nothing about that story that seems out of the ordinary. This is how me and my friends all act, especially at a barbeque where everyone is drinking and joking around. I've definitely said things along the lines of "hey woman, get me a drink," the "this ain't burger king" line is pretty common, and the guys tend to act pretty chauvinistic towards the women.

That said, for your other question "do [I] really think women want to be ordered around," I'm a BDSM dominant and the women I get with crave being ordered around. This one woman I'm seeing loves it when I tell her what to wear, where to be when we meet at her house. I go into a lot of detail and if a detail is messed up, she gets flogged. When I see she has it right, she gets fucked harder. Really, she only messed up one time and that is because she had an air conditioning guy over right before so she didn't have time to set everything up. She said she thought it was more important for me to be comfortable. I felt she should have set the stuff up earlier.

I don't know your experiences, but in mine, women generally like some level of that. This guy seemed like he was being more joking when he was ordering them around and women in general definitely love a playful guy. You can be passive, but it's not nearly as interesting.

This did not seem remarkable in any particular way. Hard to say which parts you might have thought were exaggerated.

Let's just put yourself in those girls' shoes. What would you honestly have done if an alpha male took control of the social situation in your party of 3 when YOU ASKED HIM TO JOIN YOU?

Do I think women want to be ordered around? I think they would much rather let someone else be the boss as do betas. You don't have to order people around to be in control. Now, I can see where you probably thought the whole "make me a drink" thing was a bit much, but think about what had already happened to that point, what was one little favor in exchange for letting this guy make your little cookout a success, and not a complete failure? She probably just saw it as a small price, rather than a rude/degrading order. When you read it alone, it looks silly, but in its full context, you have to remember all these girls are running off of emotions, so while the HB8 might not have "liked" the guy, she probably liked having him around.

So really, your discussion post poses a lot more questions to you than it asks of us.

A lot of them read like how the guy wishes it had happened. I'd say it is most likely that isn't a really nice apartment complex, the reason the girls didn't just look up how to light the grill (smartphones are da bomb aren't they just) is that its an old as fuck model to go with the dingy old as fuck apartments. He didn't have the balls to ask for jack or shit in exchange of his help, and when she threw the stuff on without cleaning the grill and he complained she just shrugged, gave him a pointed look then started ignoring him. Just another day in the life of your average single terper.

While AWALT is ridiculous, you have to realize that there are probably just as many gullible, easily manipulated women in the world as there are guys with Red Pill thinking, so while some Red Pill stories may be slightly embellished to get more positive reactions from their buddies, I have no issue with believing that most of the events that they describe happened in one form or another.

I think they're definitely exaggerated or changed slightly.

Especially with the whole 'spinning plates' bullshit. They try to give the impression that they have several hot girls who want the RPer so badly that they're willing to put up with other girls who want the same. I mostly just see a few pretty average-looking casual hook up partners who don't actually place much value on the RPer except for casual hooking up.

Naturally, pretty much anyone on TRP couldn't attract any girl before having the astounding revelation that being in shape makes you more physically attractive, and deciding to cover up their insecurities, so I assume their idea of what a hot girl is differs compared to the general population. Maybe they just convince themselves that they have several of the most attractive girls all desperate to get into a relationship with someone like them.

It's just very difficult to believe, because when you're physically attractive in the first place you don't really need shit like TRP to attract women. I don't think any amount of lifting weights really changes the fact that most RP guys just aren't very good looking. I also doubt that they're so good at masking their insecurities, or maybe they just go for girls who are already insecure. An average girl who's insecure isn't likely to have very high standards.

Thing is, most RP guys seem to have only stumbled upon this crap in the past few years. Essentially, they're trying as hard as they can to convince women that they have more worth than they actually do. All those interesting hobbies that they've picked up in the last couple of years? They still suck at those and they're still the slightly meh looking, meh intelligence wimps masquerading as 'alphas'. So how on earth a model-looking girl, unless she was pretty drunk, would want to get with a RPer while he emotionally manipulates and abuses her is totally beyond me. They aren't naturals and it's easy for someone to tell who's natural and who isn't.

I'm sure maybe they get a casual fuck with a pretty, drunk girl from time, but frankly, they just aren't as desirable as they think they are to do the things that they claim to do.

THIS TOTALLY HAPPENED

So I'm a plumber (I'm 6 foot 6, abs better than Michelin Man, lift each morning and night) and I got a call to fix someone's shower - nothing out of the ordinary. I show up to the apartment complex and this chick answers the door wearing a short skirt. Chick is hot enough (could do more squats, thighs could have been smaller) and it's clear straight away that she doesn't want her plumbing fixed... she needed her "internal plumbing" fixed.

So I say: "Sit down on the bed. Now."

She looks uncertain, but I maintain frame and just stand there staring at her for a full minute until she sits down on the pull-out bed, just staring at her with her "oh dear what is going to happen" comfort-shit-test eyes.

I say: "Now take your clothes off." Chick looks less uncertain. I have established my dominance by calling her on her shit test ("oh I can't fix a shower tap") and her stupid negging ("Can you please fix the shower? I need to get to work"). I tell her to shut up or I'll make her shut up. She shuts up.

She still has her panties on, so I tell her to lift her legs and I RIP them off. I actually tear them, break them. By this point she's so quiet I know she's ACHING for it. I flip her on her stomach and then tell her, "I'm going to fix your plumbing with my plumbing now."

Yes. I actually do think they want to be ordered around. You should see my wife's face when I order her to do something. She doesn't even fight it anymore. She just smiles and obeys.

Here's the truth about it. Women do not want to submit to a man who they think is worth less than they are. It is demeaning to them and they hate it. Women also have a over inflated ego due to them being complimented their whole life so finding a man greater than that is very difficult. Once they do find him though they submit happily to him.

Think about human beings for a minute and realize that at our core we are basically animals so compare ourselves to a nature documentary. Male birds will collect purple or blue objects or fan their feathers out in a special dance and all of a sudden the female bird will get a glazed look in her eye and submit and get mounted. Something in it just clicks and the female submits to his will. Humans are pretty much just like that with different rules.
