Why do the red pill imagine they understand female sexual response?

I pretty much summed it up in the title, but here goes anyway...

I read this earlier, from the greasy pole:

"RP has no time, really, for listening to what women say about what they desire, because they learned very early on this was a poor guide. RP responds to women's actions rather than words. This disconnect is where the "jerk" stuff somes from... Women call men "jerks" when they aren't doing what they are told verbally is the right way. This is thousands of behaviours, only some of which "work" as measured by their actions. Women hate to think others understand their sexual response better than they can verbalise, so anyone caught doing so is a jerk... While anyone doing so, under the radar without discussing it, is just "that cool manly dude I dig, and I don't know why"."

Hmmm...

The red pill (in general, not just the forum) don't seem to understand that only certain subsets of women will respond to the methods they suggest. Much of the advice in the married pill forum has little clue either.

I read a post today where a member of the red pill forum described it as a place of all losers (his term) where they learn to pick up women who are at the bottom of the pile (for whatever reason). Yet this is also a place with theories on all women that it holds to be true.

While 'sexual response' means a range of things, in terms of arousal specifically, these men don't seem to understand that often, 'tingles' are building way before any man walks into the room, often to the point of internal 'blue balls' that need release. These men speak of 'vagina tingles' and seem completely ignorant of the complex set of organs women have and what they are actually doing during arousal.

All the talk about the 'tingles' women supposedly get from 'alphas' totally ignores the full spectrum of a woman's arousal.

All I see is a lot of "har har, those wimmin don't even understand themselves. We do and they hate us for that. har har..."

Women don't hate you or feel exposed. They just scratch their heads, knowing they think and feel differently. Except for those who do respond to 'alphas' and will happily nod along.

Do you think 'high SMV' men are going to tell when women turn them down for sex/dates? Not a chance. Women know it happens all the time. But the red pill doesn't know that, because these men are not in the red pill.

The red pill only knows about the kind of men who are in the red pill who are approaching certain subsets of women (the 'field reports' of which are posted by secret anonymous men).

There are general things that generally work with women, but you don't fully understand female sexual response unless you're a woman, and then it's only your individual response.
