To add here though there have been extenuating circumstances to the lack of sex. My SO had to start medication which affected his sex drive. He was also completing a master's degree and running his own business, which was not successful. All the additional stress lowered his sex drive. However, I am hopeful now that he has adjusted to the meds, handed in his masters and wrapped up his business, and started a new job, he will want more sex. Life happens sometimes, I have learnt this. He is still the best person I could be with.

Yes, my best friend and I started casually dating about two months ago. We started having sex about three weeks ago and the relationship got serious.

Since we are both super busy with class and extra circulars, we are only alone together a few times a week. And we have sex every time. If one of us stays the night it's 3+ times.

To be clear, I am very not Red Pill. There are no alphas in our relationship. He takes the lead in some things, and I do in others. It gives me great joy to make him happy, and he feels the same way. I'm not for l33t female domination, or for being with some guy who has an ubermega concept of being overly manly all the time, I think that healthy relationships are not based on control, but conversation, trust and honesty. I would say that the current wave of femenism gives me pretty big headaches as well, mostly because it has been overtaken by the Tumblrinas of the universe.

And to be clear, our relationship has had some snarls, but rather than try and shame him or restrict him, we just redefined each of our desires and boundries and got through it by each compromising a little bit and meeting each other half way! :)
