I'm about 6 feet tall and weighed 250lbs at my worst. Now I weight about 205lbs. I've still got another 20 pounds to go, but given my height and frame I'm no longer someone you would look at and immediately think "what a fat cunt". My jaw is much more defined and if I wear baggy clothes it is harder to tell I am fat.

Here is a few things I have noticed since losing weight:

  • Family members are a lot more nice and interested in me
  • Randoms are more willing to ask me things like for directions, or the time
  • People are more willing to hang out with me, and sometimes new people ask to hangout outside of class (I go to college)
  • I find women and men both looking at me a lot more (not checking me out, but just feeling comfortable to observe how I look)
  • Some women check me out (normally women I find less attractive), I sometimes see them in reflections or in the corner of my eye staring at me
  • Women I don't know sometimes have idle chit-chat with me, like when I am waiting in line to use a microwave at my college
  • Large women who work in service (like cashiers) greet me with more energy and I've had one start friendly conversation (I think they were flirting) with me even when there was a line behind me.

I am in no way alpha, I have spent most of my life as a fat loser and I've always been at the bottom of the totem pole throughout school and in my friends groups. I've always felt treated like garbage (sometimes rightfully so). I'm a virgin, and only kissed one girl out of romance/sexually (some as a dare/drinking games etc but they don't count). However, since I've lost a lot of my excess weight I really honestly feel like people in the world value me more and I'm not just some gross monster who should be avoided all the time. I know it sounds lame, but this makes me really happy.

I'm looking forward to losing more weight and will report again when I am at my bottom weight.
