Obviously they won't wash their pillowcases, most of them don't even wash their damn ass. Ugh.

But now honestly for my acne sisters: Change your pillowcases at least every 3 days, if it's severe daily. Try to give your pillow a bit of fresh air at least every week (I do it daily). Try to wash your sheets and everything with detergent that is for allergic skin, if you break out often but it's definitely not because your pillowcases are dirty or not changed often enough, it can help alot. Just a little heads up from someone who's been there.

So many guys think “cleaning” sheets and clothes is just stuffing the washer to the brim and letting it run. No detergent, no softener, no nothing. Just water. 🤢 I have no doubt the reason my face kept breaking out was bc my bf’s sheets were disgusting. UGH.

Seriously, men don't wash pillowcases, towels, dishes, clothes, their own bodies...the list goes on. I have dated more than one man who left rotting jizz rags in his bedroom to get moldy because he was too lazy to throw them away. More than one man!!! Rotting jizz rags!!! I don't know how I ever had such low standards.

I almost want to say we as a society have failed them by allowing them to be like this, but I'm sure that their moms/sisters/girlfriends have tried to teach them to do better. They just don't care because that's women's work and cleaning is gay and it interferes with spending 12 hours a day masturbating and playing video games, so they're happy to live in a hovel unless there's some hapless woman around willing to be their personal servant.

Realistically, how many single men don't live in an unhygienic shithole and how many partnered men actually do their fair share of housework? Maybe 10%, if that. And yet, women are judged so harshly for everything, whether it's the state of our homes or our cooking or our youth and beauty or our fitness levels. We have to be perfect at everything because most men are supremely lazy and we're forced to pick up the slack. More and more, I'm thinking female separatism is a good option.

Edited to add: I had almost made peace with all the hard earned skin care $$$ that has been tragically swallowed up by the great abyss that is every narcissistic, love-bombing LVM's medicine cabinet I have come across in recent years...until this post! And don't even get me started on my brand new Dior foundation victimized by the Great Ghosting Incident of 2018! The FBI is not taking me seriously that BRAND NEW foundation doesn't just disappear out of thin air like that! Dammit, now I'm really triggered! If I was a more vindictive person I would post the cringe fiesta that was the last guy I dated demonstrating a Freeman's face mask that looked like semen while I recorded him, laughing hysterically.. sighhh. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so nice!

I gifted my ex a brand new set of towels when he (cough got kicked out of his mother’s house) moved into his apartment. Never in the four years we dated did he wash them. They started off white and ended musty gray with black spots on them. He wondered why I would never shower there. 😵🤢
