I feel like there is a muscle threshold and after a certain point women will just turn on around you. I’m close without working out but a few weeks in the gym and it makes a huge difference. I was just at walmart and a hot blond saw me walk in wearing a cut off t shirt, she about broke her neck going for the extra look before she had time to think. Its super important to be strong looking, its harder to look good and not get laid than to get laid. Girls just straight up want to fuck you and will tell you that.

It's just a matter of priority.

Face > shoulder waist ratio > height > low BF > muscles

Ppl will disagree on the exact order but there are lot of things you, women and blue pillers aren't capable to voice that influence choices a lot. So yes they'll pick what seems to be a slob over a gym bro, what they do not tell you is the slob has far better masculine ratios all over his body and muscles aren't that much important in comparison.

BUT getting low BF and muscular is still going to improve YOUR body and your behaviour, so you still fucking lift. :)

Well, because they actually don't care when it comes to a LTR. Yeah, they will want to fuck the most physically attractive guys, but they'll actually date and marry someone with a regular, average body.

One of the biggest things taught here that I disagree with is that working out and getting jacked is guaranteed to bring you satisfaction. It is not. And many girls do not care and are actually turned off by a guy who spends a lot of time in the gym. It's weird, but it's the truth.
