Because they haven’t been close enough to enough women to understand that women are people.

It’s always amazing to me that dudes with the least experience with actual women proclaim themselves the most knowledgeable about how women think.

They’re like: “I know more about how women think than women themselves even know…. No, I rarely ever speak to any women, but I spend a lot of time on the subreddits where men post things.”

They try to rationalize why they are better than women in the dating world and then wonder why they don't get dates "yep, its because all women are shallow and incapable of growth"

Simplicity.

People attracted to any colored pill are by definition struggling. Generalizations make it easier to make sense of an issue they don't fully understand.

Now people struggle due to shit attitudes like sexism so that's a factor, but not the only one. And the sexists are often looking to simplify complex issues.

I'm pretty sure a lot is attributed to autism (not shaming anyone) I believe im autist myself. These guys are kinda into this black and white one size fits all view of the world. And there's no grey areas, its just the way it is pretty much.

Personally, from someone from a non-Western culture, I've noticed that many (not all but many) people in the Red Pill view the world through an extremely myopic cultural zeitgeist. They seem completely incognizant of differences between cultural norms or mating customs according to various cultures. They seem to have this view that trad con 1950s American intergender dynanics is the sort of universal ideal that everybody around the world is striving for, but have no clue about certain matriarchal tribes in Africa and Asia in which the women choose the men based on youth and appearance, and they have no clue that in certain cultures, men wearing cosmetics is actually not frowned upon. Their 'evolutionary biology' against soft masculinity kind of guys doesn't really hold up either - historically, it was frowned upon for men in classical China to enter court without powdering their faces and applying lip balm, the Hwarang were a fearsome military unit of beautiful boys whom the RP men would call 'girly', and this culture of metrosexuality has continued in South Korea even today. If evolutionary biology dictated that men had to be big macho he-men with bare unpowdered faces in order to reproduce, then that would be the case for all cultures in the world, which is quite palpably not the case, as there is just so much diversity in expressions of Masculinity around the world, the narrow arbitrarily defined red pill ideal is just like a pebble on a beach.

The red pill is, I think, a counter force to this sentiment and it is just as wrong.
