Another case of Vishnu Tiwari was being reported in media recently wherein he had to serve 23 years in jail because of false rape accusation. This reminds me of my ex wife. We were separated and she came to my house and tried to get in. I leaned against the storm door and told her to leave - she didn’t live there anymore.

She was pulling on the storm door, ripped the handle off, and fell backwards down the two steps. She crawled up and started hitting me with the handle on my legs.

The police arrived and saw it. No big deal, asked her to leave, since she didn’t live there. Well, she apparently hurt herself while ripping my door handle off and hitting me with it, and she called my commander when she left. Domestic abuse/violence. Went to the hospital and got pain pills even for it.

I had to go to classes to be a better husband, and almost got kicked out of the military. While five months separated and almost fully divorced. Officer said he wouldn’t give a statement for the military, would only give his statement if there was a criminal trial and he had to be summoned.

All I'm going to say is I once helped someone out with a so-called non-profit "business" who was ultimately proven to be wildly untrustworthy, capable of slander, false police reports, fraud and almost getting someone shot by way of her false police report.

I've spent years accumulating evidence against her and once completed will provide said evidence to local media and law enforcement.

I interviewed people to help with her "business", tried to help her feed some of her animals when she didn't have food for them, and even donated to her "business" out of guilt over an emotional misunderstanding. She never acknowledged it or appreciated it, and after years I felt since I was never going to even be thanked for my donation I asked for it back, twice, in a span of 6 months.

I was given to understand she considered that cyber-stalking and harassment even though it was the only communication I had with her in years.

I've since come across evidence she's harassed and stalked, ironically over the internet, a local non-profit gym for years because she's upset with how they treated members of her family.

Years.

Due to how she's treated that gym, other people I've spoken to and myself, I won't ask for my money back anymore for the simple fact that I'm disgusted with how she treats people.

My point being, I'm sure if I didn't have this evidence against her the law would've sided with her over me for the fact she's a woman and so forth.

I'm very disappointed in that.

I think evidence and fact should speak for itself.

So, I suppose, in this situation and my situation all I can say is I hope this poor delivery driver can accumulate the necessary evidence to exonerate him and he can get his job back.

Us men face totally different issues from women and I hate that it is not recognized nearly as much. There are scores of stories in places like the entitled people/parents subreddits with women being.. well, entitled and disgusting. (there are some shitty dudes too but go take a look, it's overwhelmingly women doing this) Threatening to get some dude fired by making up some bullshit, attacking them and saying they were attacked or intentionally hurting themselves and then screaming for help.

In those stories, almost always, there's either some witnesses to back up the male to say he was actually the victim or cctv footage. When I read these stories I always think, "I can't imagine how fast the dudes life would have been ruined if there wasn't any witnesses" and "with the amount of incidents like this I can't even begin to imagine how many times these monsters got away with doing these things before getting caught in the story i'm reading".

This story is exactly these thoughts manifested. Unless she gets caught bragging too one of her friends about lieing or is otherwise backed into a corner, I very much doubt she's going to come clean. This story is 100% he said vs she says with zero witnesses or surveillance. So what makes her more credible? Hell, the mark on her nose lines up with the delivery guys version of events. What is it that makes her version of events so much more viable that physical evidence that aligns with the guys story is just pushed aside?

I was about to say that my prediction is that sometime in the near future all service workers of any kind will have to start wearing body cams because of shit like this.. but after thinking for an extra second, it's going to be people in general . It would destroy what shred of privacy we all have, but its getting.. no, its gotten to the point where it's become necessary.

And you know what? I'd be interested to so what percentage of men/women would be for/against the idea of normalizing body cams. If both sides are saying that the other are doing morally reprehensible things than surely both would be for the idea of everyone being protected.. right? Conversely, if I was someone who was getting away with doing these things, I know the last thing on earth I'd want is my ability to do so taken away like that..

I say unsubstantiated instead of false because in many cases, it's a "he said she said" where we never know what really happened. That's okay.
