Option one. Attempt to negotiate a better deal. That is the mra way. But most important to that is option two.

Option two. Do not accept the deal. This must be on the negotiating table before the other side is willing to negotiate. Mgtow strengthens the mra bargaining position.

That said a lot of mgtow are the result of seeing the mra fail to make things better.

Well, the original comment and the reply is from 2 different groups with 2 different perspectives. MGTOWs could be men who are also fighting for men's rights, but TRPs don't which is demonstrated by the reply. You can't expect TRPs and PUAs to use the same lingo, or to be as considerate as MGTOWs and MRAs.
