So, a man getting 3 years in prison for sex with a willing 14-year-old really isn't that unusual at all. Having said that, if you get unlucky, you'll get a lot more. And if the court think she wasn't willing you can get up to 20.

They really need to do something about this. I'm not sure what could be done though. What do we do? Tell judges to sentence men and women equally? They're braindead. They probably already think that they're being fair.

Kick them all out? Overthrow the government? What would it take? To be honest, I'm an AnCap. If this were a privatized court then we could just drive them into the ground through the free market and use private courts that actually believed in equal rights for all.

The Justice system doesn't do that well with male rapists either, esp. ones with "sympathetic" skin tones. It really seems arbitrary, based on judges' personal whims, whether criminals get what they deserve. That said, I'm not saying what an appropriate time in prison is for this crime.

To be fair, the psychological damage to a 14 year old boy is pretty much non-existent in this situation. Hell, I think most 14 year old boys would consider themselves extremely fortunate and even as adults look back at the situation with fondness.
