Their argument for this is essentially the same as for saying sex with a child is rape period. Feminists say no woman can truly consent to sex with a man because "the patriarchy" is always going to be threatening them if they don't agree to the sex. So a woman can never truly consent (to sex with a man).

Third wave feminists are trying to slowly convince society that male penetration is an offensive act, and if women want it they're weak and submitting to male dominance.

What they seem to be struggling to understand is that male-female copulation has that dominant submissive component because of biological imperatives and it isn't weak or submissive to embrace that during the heat of the fucking moment. Normal people don't walk around acting like ignorant gorillas and defenseless princesses in every day life just because they enjoy taking on their preferred sexual role that way.
