Perhaps you should model your club as a mirror of the girls' empowerment club, and then just adopt their charter, slogans, etc etc by swapping genders. If your club is denied, but it's virtually identical in nature to the girls' empowerment club, then how could they possibly deny it without angering every parent of a boy who attends the school? Drop the "men's rights" part of the club name, and see if it is outright discrimination.

If they denied a boy's empowerment club, the local news would run it as a story.

Maybe it's time to get 'offended' at all the misandry at your college and start being vocal about it. When male shaming posters are put up, make a very vocal song and dance about it. Be sure to emphasize that you 'feel' offended.

Now this depends entirely on how much you're willing to pick a fight with them because it could end up getting you into a lot of trouble, but you could go to the local newspaper and report on this, this woudl then stir up a lot of people about it and might actually make the school back down and let you do it.

The government might even get involved depending on how much noise is made, but again, it all depends on how far you're willing to go because you are putting yourself at risk there. Oh and of course, to quote Milo, fuck their feelings, as aussitoads said you can point out the kind of shit they're saying about you and that you don't care what they have to say.

Get some help, and do a level headed approach. Be stubborn, but not stupid. This sounds like blatant discrimination, so go about it intelligently and diligently.

And, most importantly, ask for the denial in writing. Often that is quite enough to change peoples minds.

Edit: I was looking for help in treatment against computer game addiction, but I was denied help as I wasn't a prioritised group. They just called me and said "No, sorry...". A bit later I asked for the decision in writing and... boom, they changed their minds.

Before you do anything, you should talk to Victor Zen/ Sage Gerard. I think you can reach him through AVfM. He did all that at Kennesaw State. I have to warn you, you will have to change your outlook on everything. You will have enemies out to destroy you and you can't make a mistake in your behavior. Try this: gather a petition, get people in general to sign it, and get members from the other gender and race clubs to sign and approve it, and if they don't, file complaints against their respective clubs for being offensive to you.

I would actually use this in concern trolling.

Drop everything that even looks remotely to be mens rights. if you are in school, it's boys rights.
Calm the club, but integrate as much from the female empowerment club as possible.
document the entire case on video. be nice, respectfull, and such, but refuse to back down.
After you have some material, simply ask: Principal, could it be that you are denying me the right to open the club because the school is actively fostering a climate of discrimination and hostility against males, based on your personal preference?
If the principal is not backing down at this point, to the local news news. Start with the school news, ect. Simply go, the principal thinks any club that is personally offensive to him / her should not be allowed. You thusly have decided to form the "end discrimination against male bodied students club at schoolname without the personal approval of principal principalname". Or, as you call it, the "ducttape" club.

5.1 it is encouraged to collect signatures . Big thing, collect signatures against the one sided discrimination at your school. Publically. Just bundle them up with your application, and drop them off at your principals office.

Imagewise, your club is pro gay, pro transgender, male to female, pro tomboy. According to the tagline, support for everybody who feels male, even for a day. Have a male day!
Do the local shit. Put ducttape over your mouth, and be nice. On the ducttape, write "I was told my gender was being offensive", or "Real Men (suffer silently)", or "To prevent my gender from speaking up", or "I was told being a straight white male was offensive and grounds for discrimination". Do the "I was discriminated against on the basis of my chosen gender by principal principal name and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" shirt. Then, do nice things, as a club. Invest one hour, once per week, but make it as public as possible. See if you can get a local reporter there. The general idea for these stunts is, Image polish for male identifying students. The hidden agenda is, challenge the feminist club to "charity"-offs. Feminism club holds a rally? The duct tape club stays behind to clean up the mess left by the students. Feminist club hangs up posters with male shaming messages? Ducttape club hangs up posters going "all genders are beautifull, even the ones I have not met yet. " Mark every win down on the back of your shirts. Write down, what the feminist club did, and what you did in repsponse. Once the T-shirts are full, make sure they don't stink, drop the T-shirts off at the principals.
If you are challenged, very politely say that you can't speak for your gender, or for all male identified people, because you have been prohibited from forming a club. Never actually say that you are experiencing, just let the facts speak for itself. Hell, you even have to buy your own duct tape, and your own white shirts. And yet you never complained, just on the back of the dut tape.
If someone complains about the duct tape, or the fact that you don't talk, ASL that shit. Go, as a club, and take ASL lessons. Talk only in asl during your events. Learn the words to "They took our DUCTTAPE" in ASL, and practice it untill you have a secret handshake. Wiggling the last part, and pulling a face while you do so, is encouraged. Make video tutorials.
Have fun. make sure your club keeps a tally. Ever series of shirts gets photographed. You want to win this war: Play to male strengths. Competitiveness, niceness, and disposability. Also, include the weirdness and fun factor. Auction off "white male tears" to fund prostate cancer research. Raise funds for the feminist club by doing "get your photograph taken with an authentic cis white male(restrained for your safety)". Put some boards on your backs, lie down, and form human bridges. Basically, your protest actions are undeniably for a noble cause (we lie down and encourage students to step on our backs to bring attention to the plight of male veterans, who get stepped on by society), but should have an underlying message that is definitively males get abused / discriminated against. Make sure that your actions are weird enough to be a human interest story. Protip: to keep you from speaking, have a series of business cars ready to hand out at those events. "We prevent ourself from speaking, as we have been prevented from forming a club at schoolname". "Others talk about discrimination, we do something to raise awareness to discrimination. " Or, "Sorry for being male". 10 bucks can buy you 500 business cards, more then enough for an event.
Have a go fund me. Put your actions online. Have a patreon. Have the options to raise funds for something that way. Keep the comments up. Periodi ally, release "This is why we are needed" compilations, where you grab the best comments, and release them. If you have local slam poetry festivals, allways a howler to go on stage in a clubshirt, take off the ducttape, and read off the comments from your website. Just to let someone see what you see of feminism.

One more thing about your club:

If it is a high-school, you could also try to win some parents for you. Maybe that would also help at university, but there probably not so much, since students are of course grown ups; or lets say, nowadays not so much anymore, but in the official system they are.
