The only way to make workplace deaths 50/50 for women and men is for women to start doing all the dangerous jobs men do - men 100% of all the dangerous jobs and of course all of the necessary jobs. Women only work indoors part time in an extremely narrow range of jobs with no pressure, quotas nor in any job that actually produces anything or requires a real skill. Women basically just warm a chair. And so the only way you could get women to do all the dangerous but necessary jobs is to FORCE them and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Women's attitude towards men who work in all of the jobs like these that provide everything and are extremely necessary to maintain our first world standard of living is they look DOWN and spit and laugh at men who do all of these jobs and see themselves as superior in every way and 'above' all these men, appreciate nothing and of course even call men evil sexual predators, ESPECIALLY men who work in dirty, unpleasant jobs. But of course the irony is that the men who work on oil rigs and power lines, etc. are 1 BILLION TIMES more important, necessary and there for a billion times above just some cunt with a worthless liberal arts degree warming a chair in an office answering a fucking PHONE.

The gaps you mentioned and those mentioned in the comments are really high on feminists list. But you need to understand that they are all men's own fault. Their decisions lead to these gaps, unlike the wage gap that has absolutely nothing to do with women's choices and is, in fact, the fault of the patriarchy.

Homeless-gap: toxic masculinity. Men would either die in the winter than to ask for help, because their male pride is so fragile they couldn't survive having it questioned.

Life-expectancy gap: men do a lot of dumb shit to prove their maleness (toxic masculinity again)

Workplace dearh-gap: first of all let me say, that the correlation to lower life expectancy is completely circumstantial. Also:men only take these jobs because they want the money for themselves before and after they beat every member of the family. No man did ever do a high paying dangerous job to support his loved ones and died for it.

Prison sentence gap: well, there's this toxic masculinity again. All those violent men are in prison because they deserved it. When women commit the exactly same crime email there is always a reason for it, that we have to take into consideration (such as the patriarchy that forced them to murder their children or rape a child) Men are just violent criminal assholes, so it's just just that they suffer for the things they did.

OK just to drive my point home: this post was completely sarcastic with some added hyperbole. The sad truth is, there are people that would write what I just wrote and media outlets that would publish it and a whole lot of people who would accept it as true. And a lot of people that would consider calling them out as harassement. Have a nice day.

They won't because it would be stupid for them to do so. Even if you could solve the prison gap, for example—and even if you could do so without solving the fatherlessness crisis and anti-father bias, lightening penalties for child nonsupport, etc.—it would be tactically suicidal for feminazis to try because of how many men are politically disenfranchised thanks to their overcriminalization, which keeps elections controlled by women and gives legislators and other politicians incentive to pander to them even more. In the same way anything that reduces male mortality would give men more power too, and so would be foolish for feminists to pursue.

There's a simple reason you hear about the wage gap as evidence of societal discrimination, and that's because there's (allegedly) a class of people you can blame for it -- employers.

You only hear about the wage gap because, in the common understanding of it, it's evidence of a direct discriminatory behavior. As we know, the evidence says otherwise -- it's a result of life choices, typical work behaviors, circumstances, lingering gender roles, and maybe a tiny bit of discrimination -- but in the common interpretation you can blame employer discrimination alone. Then it's becomes direct evidence of sexism.

Those other things are gendered issues, but you can't point to a single person's behavior as the cause of it. If an employer pays women less for being women, that's a behavior you can blame. There's nobody deciding who gets to be homeless, who will die in the workplace.

Among the options you listed, the sentencing gap is the closest parallel. Actually, sentencing disparity is much easier to measure with certainty than a wage gap.

It makes sense when you consider that until recently feminism has been about middle class white women and their pursuit to have the power that upper class white men have, rather than being about poor/minority women and their pursuit to have equal opportunity with white people/those of higher social classes.

When you think of it in that context you can see why second wave feminist leaders seem to care more about helping one woman achieve the highest power in the land than about helping all women have better lives.

It is about equality, still, but a very narrow definition of equality that makes people who are not blinded by class privilege roll their eyes.

And it certainly doesn't care about men at the bottom. How can it? It doesn't even care about women at the bottom.

The present democratic party primary is essentially a battle between "old school" and inter-sectional feminism.

The MRM would do well to support the latter group; it encompasses the SJWs you hate so much, but also the class inequalities that drive many of the gender role problems that affect men.

And really, as far as issue priorities go, I think men killing themselves and being sent to prison for the rest of their natural lives trumps false rape accusations or misleading claims about the pay gap anyday.

Women have an in-group preference and bias, so they have a very difficult time empathizing with men. Couple that with the culture teaching them to focus on women's issues, the media and school system teaching that women are disadvantaged, also add in millennia of women using men for protection. Yeah, plenty of women don't even know that men have issues.

If we didn't have the wage gap, those others likely wouldn't even be an issue. If we were paid fairly, we could have more women in politics and other positions of power making better policies and men wouldn't be killing each other (and themselves) over toxic masculinity.
