Every man has, even moreso, had an erectile response when he didn't want to deal with the consequences of engaging in sex with the particular person in question. I wouldn't consent to a one-night stand with someone who I knew had HIV/herpes, but I still might find them attractive.

That's easy, look up medical history and find cases where dead men have ended up having erections. I actually read one that was apparently posted by a doctor on this subject and apparently back when hanging was around a guy had gotten erection while he was being hung or something like that.

If you can stomach it you can dig through all that and they'll probably have nothing to say, these kind of women love lecturing men about their penises even though they'll never know what it's like and always bitch when it happens to them.
