For anyone who is unaware, deepfreeze.it is a proGG site that is cataloging evidence of lies and ethical breaches by journalists and their outlets.

In light of the latest round of smears (Mad Max, Female Murdered On Campus; MRA's Celebrating) why don't we get our own version of this? After all to a journalist, if they deny it or not, reputation is important and if evidence of them conducting blatant agitprop, slander and lies comes up with a simple search on their name they will (hopefully) be encouraged to do more research in future. At the moment there is no consequence or force calling out such behaviour.

It would also help highlight the depths of the misinformation campaign as there are no doubt dozens of outlets and hundreds of 'journalists' engaging in such behaviour.

I do work as a web developer but do not have the time to do it alone. So hopefully you people out there both think it's a decent idea and a few of you can code!

Edit: Would also need people to collect info, do graphics and judging by the title, check grammar!

I also cannot stress how important this could be. Tackling the narrative of MRA = Misogynist should be one of our #1 priorities.

So an update:

I think I am going to do this! I am a fairly experienced developer, and I have had a few other developers offer some assistance so surprisingly it looks like the technical side will not be as daunting as I initially thought. Good News!

What's really required now is some people who want to help find, catalogue and organise all the evidence of poor behaviour while we get the system to hold it together. Regardless of experience you can contribute.

I am getting everything together and am working on a more detailed document on what the scope of the project is as well as timelines, resources etc. In the meantime if you want to be part of it send me a message with your email address and the sort of thing you see yourself doing and I'll get in touch when I have more info!

Thanks in advance!
