The question I have is why did she get more money than the son. He only got $15 - 20 million. Why shouldn't he have gotten the $20 million left over instead of the two daughters who already got $400 million each?

The outright legal woes of this issue are the really stunning part of it. I mean, with this precedent, couldn't we just say that any contract can be arbitrarily overridden by a judge?

I see no finding that force was used to get the will provisioned as it was, nor mental infirmity to find that it wasn't valid. So this is just a Judge going "meh", and tossing out of a perfectly valid will.

The Australian legal system is in the shits, this is just a symptom.
