He wasn't cuckolded. The woman HAD to put down a father in order to receive welfare from the state. It's unclear why she put down his name, but this presents two problems far worse than being cheated on: 1. A woman can name any man she wishes as the father, with no actual consequences for lying. 2. The state encourages women to make potentially false claims by requiring them to name a man as a father, without care for whether or not the woman even knows who the father is, nor if he is actually the father.

I am reading more and more stories like this from the US. As a Brit, if this was me in that courtroom, I would happily tell the judge to suck my balls if he tried that shit with me. Then, once thrown in jail, I would lodge EVERY fucking complaint I could against everyone in the system until I was released with a boatload of compensation. Your legal system can go fuck itself.

This story is going to grow because it could set a large precedent for future cases. Some bigshot lawyer who cares about equal rights for men in child support cases will come along and wipe the floor with the state, and it will be over.

I honestly don't understand why the state is trying to get away with this, but I have a sneaking suspicion that this guy isn't the first that they've done it to, which means there's potential for a class action lawsuit once this is over with. What's sad, DAs have probably wasted more money taking him to court than what he actually owes.

Just FYI cuckholding is when you are with a woman (particularly if you're married), and she cheats on you. There's also some cuckhold fetishist people who have strange open marriages where the man consents to the wife sleeping around. Either way, this situation isn't cuckholding.

I'm really glad to hear this guy didn't end up going to jail (today...), but there are thousands more just like him. Some of them don't even know they're not the father or can't get a DNA test.

Good point about slavery though, because this sort of "pay your child support debt for a kid that isn't yours, or go to jail and be forced to work it off for 50 cents per hour" is pretty much a form of slavery.
