So a few things. Do you wake with morning erections, are you able to achieve an erection when you masterbate or see ertoic material? If you are able to achieve an erection, especially eakijg with morning erections, then your issue is most likely psychosomatic.

If you are having issues with erections even alone then it could be: physiological, medication or psychosomatic. The most common physiological causes are diabetes and hypertension. Although low testosterone can affect libido, potency and drive; it normally doesn't cause ED. Nonetheless would normally get T levels, TSH (thyroid) and glucose checked.

Multiple medications can affect you. Most common are antidepressants in the SSRI class, and blood pressure medications. Beta blockers and calcium channel blockers can cause ED. So can THC and alcohol. Obesity can also affect ED, as well as increase your estrogen levels.

If you are having solo erections then you still might want to have a discussion with your doctor for a refer to a psychologist/psychiatrist/therapist.

I’m guessing the med has big effect. If you go off SSRI please taper. Most have withdrawal syndromes except perhaps fluoxetine that has longer half-life.

Even before I left my STBX I had gotten on Zoloft, and it delayed things finishing. Now that I’ve left, I’m on even more zoloft and it’s gotten a bit better, but my go to vice of adult entertainment still doesn’t do much for me.

Mention it to your doctor. Stress can be a hell of a thing too

Depending on your age some testosterone replacement therapy would do wonders for in many different ways. You will feel like you were in your 20s. And stop telling you new woman that you are having issues because of the old one. If I got a new woman in my life that could not perform for me because of her ex I would feel like shit. So do everything you can to get out of this funk

It's all ssri -- short term helps that cannot be relied upon long term. There is no need to go to a urologist, t clinic or anything until you have broken free of the ssri

Don't sleep on this. Are you eating well (by that I mean no sugar, no grains)? If you are dependant on Viagra/cialis you may be masking a deeper issue and when they stop working, well, its not good.
