I took everyone’s advice after getting a solid kick in the pants here. And I went back through her stuff and get more evidence. I also sent off another letter to the lawyer about what I had previously discovered and wanted to know my options.

And tonight I was gathering more evidence, and when this guy comes into town from the state, he lives in, she’s invited him to get in our hot tub.

She won’t admit to the affair when asked so it is definitely time to fire up. I’m not even gonna confront her with the fact that I actually knew the affair exist so far it seems to have all been online and maybe on travel there’s something happened. I don’t know.

So my question is, should I confront her that I know or should I let the lawyer handle it since it’s an uncontested divorce at the moment
