Has anyone changed how they approached separation and divorce because they know their wife is capable of and likely to file false allegation claims. Did you not care and just dive straight in and vigorously defend the claims or did you allow her to use it as leverage to get more of what she wants. Does the false allegations charges mean anything in a divorce proceeding? I am trying to exit safely and with dignity but I am certain she will play that card. I use my phone to record where possible now and will have it on me like body armor when I give her papers. Will it look better in court that I file the paperwork rather than her?
