We have a joint checking account right now, and I know people say to not do that. But most of my check is used to pay bills. We also have a joint savings account. My thinking is that all of it is marital property, and I can't just take it all and keep it from her. She also many times uses her CC, then makes the payment on it. I assume to hide what she buys. Looking at the bank and savings it doesn't look like she is draining it. But I am still getting frustrated with the type of shit she is dropping money on. For instance... she bought a special needs lady at the grocery store a expensive Disney backpack. Now that is kind and all, but what in the fuck? We are going to be very tight soon and I do not want to burn the money on random shit like that.

Advice?
