Why does she keep asking how your are doing? Because one cannot attempt to effectively manipulate in the absence of information. Also she would like you to think that she actually cares about you. You already know that she doesn't.

Why would she care after 4 people and a pregnancy? That's easy she believes that she can come back into your life, that you will take her back. You are a possession to her, not a person, your feelings don't matter. The same can be said for your son.

She will continue to badger you as she thinks she will be able to wear you down. Best options would be a restraining order. If this is not feasible for one reason or another then begin screening your calls if you do not recognize the number then allow it to go to VM.

The only reason ANYONE asks how you're doing is because they're doing awful, she has created a real mess of her life a lot of women do, and she's testing the waters to make herself feel better and or seeing if your branch is still viable

Does it fucking matter?

You're not taking her back. You're not friends. The only reason you tolerate her is for the sake of your kid and that has a limited shelf life.

Why must you chat with her?

Just give her the facts. Ask if she understands. Then hang up on her if she does.

I guess it could be for a few reasons. Maybe she really on some level feels bad about what she did. Maybe she just wants to make sure you're not dating someone else. Maybe she hopes to hear you're doing bad to make her feel better.

I think the important state to get in is that it doesn't make you feel anyway not matter what she does.

It seems to me women don’t fully understand the pain they’ve caused and they act like they’ve never done anything wrong. In the end, it doesn’t matter what her motive is. Improve yourself and forget about her nonsense
