Be strong for your kid...Be a badass that doesn't crack for your kid. Hold your shit together for your kid. Try to exit the shit show with as much grace as you can...for your kid. When things are darkest, be the light for your kid. Don't worry about what she's doing. You know where she can go. Never wrestle with a pig because you'll end up covered in shit and they like it. Just focus on being a bad ass dad that your kid looks up to and will always remember how their dad kept his shit together and inspired them to be the same.

Imo they like to play the victim and not having their kids around is a sure way to do so, my ex can cry on cue , and had spent the last 2 years telling people I keep our daughter from her, that I'm controlling, and that is turned her against her mom, what she doesn't tell them is that she blocked the kid from all social media and her phone too, that she hadn't tried to contact her even though she's had the same phone number for at least 5 years

Two months ago She tried to contact the kid and play the victim again but the kid didn't buy it, after 2 months she got blocked again

Without that narrative they get no attention, playing the victim is all she knows, my exmil is just like that too, identically, they normally use what worked for them in the past that's why they do it, if people knew what they did and what they are capable of, they wouldn't give them the time of the day but that's something only those of us who been thru know it much too well

The sooner you realize this fact of her biology, i.e. personality disorder, the sooner you'll start dealing with her like a business transaction and take the emotions out of it. Tell your lawyer about her unwanted texts. They should make it right with her lawyer, or a judge.

So, no contact is no contact. You are not able to do no contact since you have a child together. You need to learn to greyrock. Look up the term and learn the principles behind it. Do not respond to any of the texts. They will fade over time. She is trying to push your buttons and provoke you. She is trying to get supply from you. If you aren’t familiar with that term you need to look it up as well.

If you don’t have a lawyer, get one. Get a paternity test ordered to prove the kid is not yours. I would suggest you ask for the communication orders to change to communicstions only through a family/coparenting app like Appclose, Talking parents, or my family wizard. Silence your texts from her. You can silence her texts and then just never look at them. When she calls and complains to you just remind her of the page and paragraph of the temp orders about the calls, and that there is nothing about texts. Finally, you need build up your discipline on how you are going to interact with her.
