That's exactly what it's supposed to do. That's why the best thing to do is to completely avoid seeing any of it where ever you can. On Instagram you can "hide suggested posts for 30 days" - annoyingly you have to do it again every 30 days, but once you do that you'll only see things from people you follow. Unless you go scrolling through the search tab, but just...don't do that.

Fill your feed with something better. Follow feminist accounts, follow body positivity accounts, follow things that make you feel good.

Of course you don't expire by the age of 25. Honestly as a 35 year old man I can barely tell the difference between a lot of women between the age of like 25 to 40. Yes, there are men out there in their 30s and 40s who want to date women who are under 25. We call them creeps, you don't need to date them. There are plenty of men out there who would rather date a woman closer to his own age. You have nothing to worry about.

You may "expire" in the eyes of red pillers at 25 but IMO that is probably in everyone's best interest, I can't imagine you'd want to settle down with someone who believes in that crap anyways.

As far as Instagram, you can request to download all of your data (in settings) and see what topics Instagram decided you want to see, based on your "dwell time" (how long you pause on posts.) Instagram shows you anything their algorithm thinks will keep you on the screen, whether you want to see it or not. Being shocked/disgusted can cause you to pause long enough for them to flag the topic as one to show you. Its quite insidious, the lengths these companies will go to keep us scrolling. You can clear out this data without deleting your profile btw. Social media is addictive and we are far more impressionable than many want to accept.

I dated a red pill man for two years and it fucked my brain and morals up beyond belief. Like BEYOND BELIEF. I am not kidding. It made me feel very insecure and I ended up being very depressed and anxious. I almost got into a relationship with a guy I didn't even like because if I didn't have a boyfriend and got married by the age of 30 I would be considered a loser and for the few weeks that I didn't have I tried to make it work but then he started acting more needy and desperate and then he started getting upset when I didn't answer my phone. It was really repulsive and I saw red flags and especially when he told me that he loves me not even the day after I agreed to date him but I never said it. It got to a point where I broke it off and I told myself I will not get into a relationship until I am ready to get into one because I have to work on myself and I want to be sure that the guy I'm with I actually feel a mutual attraction and respect towards. I stay away from male friendship just to prevent anything from happening. Not all guys are like that but it's just an extra layer of protection and sometimes you could do something nice for someone but then it gets translated into something different.

Watch antidotes to redpill stuff, stat. Look up Melanie Hamlett and BurbNBougie, for starters. Click "do not recommend" on anything sexist or redpill-ish and train the algorithm to give you better stuff. If you fill your head with garbage, you will believe garbage. Well, i dated at 47 after widowhood , and I'm here to tell you that it was a very positive experience for me, and I eventually got remarried, and happily remain so. I will say that I went out there thin and fit, with no tattoos, and I had my life together, so that helped. The red pill has some good guiding principles, but don't let the age thing get in your head to much.

There are definitely men who only find younger women attractive. These are also the men that will cheat on their spouses once they get older and replace loyal wives with "newer models.
