Women are people just like men.

And as a man, let me ask you this? Are you attracted to women’s physical qualities? Do some qualities matter. Do some not. Do you think, as a guy, that other guys may have varied opinions. We’re all not a hive mind, right?

So apply some empathy here. If guys can be varied, then so can women. And that empathy and ability to connect with another person will go so much further than having a long wiener.

The issue about RP is that it's targetting narcissistically deficient men (maybe women, too?) and preaching external validation and indifference to "treat" insecurity.

From a psychological viewpoint, that's really really dumb.

In terms of your question. You need to work with what you got, we all do, certain things we are capable of changing, others we are not. Often but not always it's easy to distinguish between the two. The rest require wisdom.

I can only really speak for myself as a woman with very small breasts (not a perfect comparison, I know). I guess I just live with it. I know it's a deal breaker for a lot of men, but not all. As for society, I guess I can't really be bothered to give a damn about that. I mean, it just is what it is. Occasionally I'll be reminded by some piece of media how completely and thoroughly large breasts are valued over small, and how "small" to most men is a modest 'c' cup, and I'm seen as board flat, and it'll sting a little, but I've more or less grown to be happy with what I have. I'm not really sure how it happened, but I guess it was letting go of any and all cope. Looking at my circumstances with eyes wide open. Acknowledging that some men will just not want to be with me in any serious capacity because of it. It's fine, people are superficial, I have no problem with that. If you have a small dick, there are definitely going to be a lot of women who won't want to be with you. To say otherwise would be cope, plain and simple. But does that mean that literally no women would? You can say you got a bad roll, but there are far worse ones out there. At the end of the day it's really not that serious especially since most women prefer clitoral stimulation anyway.

I still acknowledge sexual preferences of men and women. Women like defined muscles and the ability to hold a conversation as well as status and money. Men like happy go lucky acting women who are skinny or fit. We still need to get ourselves to fit these standards for our own sake; so we can quality for the partners that we want to be with.
