These men prey on women who have anxious attachment styles by establishing a “lottery style” rewards system.

You won’t “win” anything from them for weeks. You’ll get used to it. Then, right before you’re at your limit, you’ll get a “reward” and think that all the pain was worth it.

It’s not worth it. Run away from men like this. They pride themselves on being “alphas,” but they’re really just manipulative and abusive.

And this is the difference between HVW that FDS promotes and the “HVM” this guy is promoting. Everything he says still leads to obsessing over women.

FDS says you need to level up for you, to improve yourself, to be the best version of you that you are happy with, because once you begin to approach that stage of fulfillment in life, you DON’T obsess over men, you invite men into your life as a choice and you have more ability to enforce boundaries.

This guy does not understand what boundaries mean. Abusers and narcs often misuse the term "boundaries" to mean "imposing your will onto someone else" when it's actually the opposite.

In reality, boundaries are about facilitating a healthy relationship by respecting someone else's autonomy and personhood (and them respecting yours!)

I remember when I started waking up to my narc mom as a teen, and I tried to start setting boundaries like "please do not come into my room without knocking first" and "please do not spread rumors and gossip about me with others" and my mom FLIPPED. SHIT. She would then gaslight me about the actual word "boundary" and say "oh there you are going on and on about bOuNdARiEs again, I'm allowed to have boundaries too you know! I'm the parent so you have to do what I say, that's my boundary"

To a narc, other people and especially their victim is not allowed to have actual boundaries. They literally believe that their child/girlfriend is their property therefore they can do whatever they want with their property.

Stay away from men who deliberately misuse the term "boundary". Huge red flag.

“Exert your boundaries” - This is an abusive phrase insidiously couched as self-help. Boundaries are not meant to be exerted on others, they are in place to protect you and help you cultivate healthy relationships with others. Exerting anything on anyone irrespective of their boundaries is abusive.

“You don’t become high value to get girls, you become high value to kick girls to the curb” Where do I even start with this?

1)According to him, girls/women are consumable, replaceable objects that men can “get” or “kick” away.
2)Given the violent and abusive tendencies men have, this language of “kicking girls to the curb” has a sinister overtone.
3)One becomes high value for oneself, to increase self esteem and confidence, to become more empathetic, to develop healthy boundaries. He doesn’t know what high value is, since he defines it as object acquisition and replacement if it doesn’t conform to an abusive standard. Replace “high value” with “user” and you have the true meaning of this sentence. 4)This statement still shows an unhealthy obsession with women (as objects)

“These chicks are expendable and I don’t care what they think” BINGO! This is what he wishes were SO true. Women are objects, their opinions and boundaries should not matter to him. If women don’t conform to his wishes, he will replace them.

He really said all of that while balding. He should stop worrying so much about women and start a daily minoxidil routine.
