Happened to me. 15 year marriage we were both always overweight, then I wanted more energy for our 2 toddler children as a SAHM. Workouts and started eating healthy. Lost a lot of weight, he got MEGA insecure about it. Then he lost weight cuz I did the food prep for the family, got a promotion and sudden attention for the first time in his life from the chicks at work (he works in a plant and the culture there is very much supportive of having a side chick). Boom he let it get to his head.

Partied and cheated. Broke me but I’m coming back thanks to lots of reading and learning here and similar forums.

I know now he’s an idiot and he’s a coward to boot.
