I’ve been lurking on another account for months and I slowly started applying FDS to my life but then recently, I have a fire under my ass to actually commit fully. The podcast was huge in that, being able to listen to FDS principles while I’m going about my day has changed everything for me. I’m listening to other podcasts about becoming HV, making plans to level up my life in every aspect, and just yesterday I got hired for my dream position instead of going with the same job I’ve done before! FDS is changing my life and I am so happy it exists!

I wish I came across this sub in the days when I was crying over LVMs who ghosted/stood me up but I'm glad I have found it now. Next time I date, whenever that is I'll really carefully vet to make sure I don't waste my time and it's all thanks to this sub.

Amazing! Long time lurker on my other reddit account and recently posted for my first time because I was so fed up with the sexism and misogyny and needed to find a community of like minded women. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms. Commisrating with me, hearing me, and challenging me. I spend more time on this account than on my original one 😂

I wish I had this sub when I was a young and super impressionable woman. I would have learned to stand up for myself and live for myself.

That said, I am so grateful to have found it in my 30s, it has changed my life—literally. I am still retraining my mental pathways and haven’t been this happy or fulfilled in years.

To all the women who are just discovering this sub, I am so happy for you. If you follow the handbook and learn from the strong and powerful women contributing, you will avoid so much heartbreak, turmoil, and live a life full of deep love that you give yourself.

I hope they write more hate articles about FDS! That type of thing is what brought me here in the first place. Some scrotes in another sub were planning to bombard the mods with mass scroty comments so I came here to check it out and never left! It's been an amazing year and a half. Love it here!
