He is a textbook narcissist. Literally says he feeds off people energy. Observe how he reacts to Natalie being upset (a huge pickme btw as Shaina is)..turning everything on her, making himself the victim, saying she is being unfair and the sense of entitlement. This is actually shocking. I also suspect he triangulated her when confusing her with Shaina.
