Once, I allowed low value people to pester my life in ways that were small, almost unassuming. Even though some of them eventually disappeared or got removed, I realized that my growth needed to hold space. It was necessary.

So, if you are new to FDS, I suggest you stop in the tracks, and do the following:

— start to slow-fade male acquaintances and/or friends; block and delete later.

— start to slow-fade female acquaintances and/or friends with a pickme/libfem mindsets; block and delete later.

— start to slow-fade your partner that might be LV/NV; block and delete later.

— block and delete all his friends and/or family on your social media.

— block and delete all the potential orbiters (men) on your social media.

— make your social media is as private as possible to ensure no one, except trusted family and close friends, have access to it.

I have made these steps, if not all at once, but progressively, one at a time. Doing so has helped me re-evaluate my goals, and move forward with my life.

It’s important that you leave all the trash behind, challenging yourself “cushion” their absence with something of value, something that will help you grow.

What do you need to get better? What can you do to provide yourself the necessary resources? How can you improve your boundaries? How can you study yourself better? How can you study others better?

Ask yourself these questions and use this forum to get there. Allowing yourself the grace of having space is the best thing you may do for yourself, so do it.
