I'm not the biggest fan of Kim K nor her family. But this woman is so successful and people still won't let this die. No one condemns Ray j for this mess. And it's the same with Janet Jackson and the super bowl all those years ago. Janet has had this target on her back since 2004.

It's a shame women become famous only after they're seen in sexual situations - sex tapes, nudity in movies, etc.

On a side note, it seems to be happening with Zendaya. Zendaya starred in a Netflix film, Malcom & Marie. And although I've never seen it, the trailer is suggestive. She is a celebrity in her own right, but men are flocking to her in ways they haven't before. I think it's because they could imagine her in sexual scenarios - hence masturbating to it.

I have yet to meet a man that admires an actress for her dedication to character, charity work, or business savvy. Plus people are questioning why Zendaya hasn't been topless in Euphoria🤮. They were expecting it. Like, wtf.

Though I have many social critiques on behavior she promotes, I wonder not if but when we will have a cultural awakening around Kim in the same we are with Britney right now. Fame is a form of abuse and it can be exceptionally difficult to recognize the ways in which we abuse famous women, because it's so normalized.

Unpopular opinion...

I saw a few months back, many women ostracizing Billy Eilish on FDS for going blonde and showing some cleavage, yet here we are in full support of a woman who's never contributed much but a sex tape and her looks/sexuality in general.

Both Hollywood and the music industry are machines run by men fixated on the male gaze and male pleasure. All of these ladies are living in hell, I feel.

I’m super anti Kim/Kardashian anything. Seeing all these comments in support of Kim K is kind of wild to me but okay.

Maybe it’s coming from my perspective as a Black woman, but I think the Kardashians are violent culture vultures who do not deserve a shred of public compassion.
