100% of these men think that women should pay for half of everything. Their logic is that women SHOULD have to work harder for less money in demeaning careers AND pay half AND clean the skid marks out of their man’a jeans because wiping your ass is gay. What are they celebrating? If their mother becomes unemployed, her basement that he's based at might lose heating and electricity privileges required to post these depravities.

Children's futures, families, societies are only being held together by women and how well they are doing. This misfortune along with domestic violence increase during the pandemic could only bring glee to some violent psychopath who hates humanity.

That is why it is very important to vet and never have children with a man who won't share duties or step up during crisis. It sets humanity back, normalizes low effort and hurts your life as you're always expected to fall back into patriarchal ways immediately.

This is why going 50-50 is a scam for women. We aren't valued as much on the workforce, so have to work harder for less pay, and in any kind of recession we'll be the first to get chopped.

Ghost any man who wants you to go 50-50 on dates or rent or whatever. Men know perfectly well it's not an even playing field. As another commenter above also said, these same scrotes will want you to do most oh the house chores too.

Focus on your career, and include a man in your life only if he's significantly making your life better. Anything else is a loss.

Whenever men imply that "women" hold jobs that only a small subsection of beautiful young women can hold, I'm like, ah, so those are the only women you notice. And women who don't qualify, you don't even register their presence at all. Crazy. (fwiw I am one of these women who men treat with distant politeness/disinterest and otherwise don't acknowledge and can I say, it's wonderful.)

It’s scary. Most of these men know enough to not go around yelling these things from the rooftops but there definitely are enough men that believe stuff like this that you will come across them in your life. Enough men that it will impact your life walk around with beliefs like this. ‘Jokes’ like this (they will often claim it’s just a joke) have real life consequences so we simply can not let then slide.
