Most women are not actually enthusiastic about having one-way sex (sex that is male pleasure focused). Believe it or not, most women do not want to be slapped and violently choked and made to vomit while being forcibly gagged peforming for a man. If the sex acts involved pleasure for the woman, there would be more enthusiasm, but since sex today must entail physically painful acts just to keep a man hard and then to get him to the end because it has to be just as exciting as the torture porn, go figure most women don't want to participate.
