This is a repost after one of the mods struck down my last post due to a narrow poll.

Hi! Just visiting and asking questions

Hello, I am a visiting redditor interested in the sociopolitical circles of reddit. I found this sub after recommendation, after visiting mensrights and getting a right wing impression of mens rights activists. That being said, I wanted to ask about what you all believe in this sub, and I ask that you specify your opinions when it comes to these things. Could you also specify what type of leftist you are in your personal lives? Thank you to all who decide to interact.

General views on:

1) Pornography. Are you anti porn completely, do you just hate the industry in its modern form, do you support erotica but not hardcore, etc.

2) Mens studies programs around the US and their effectiveness.

3) Anti-feminism vs feminism neutrality. What I mean by this, is that do you hold more anti-feminist views that are wholly against feminism, or do you view the feminist movement from a neutral light and just critique it when it deserves critique. If you are an anti-feminist, could you specify which movement within feminism is problematic, or what general comments you have to make about the state of feminism today.

4) How would you describe society’s attitude towards gender issues. Feminism has “patriarchy”, do you hold another system with a different name? Is it just sexism? Gynocentrism? Or do you forgo all types of structural assumptions and just critique issues as they appear? Again, I’m not asking for you to speak on the sub as a whole, I’m asking individuals for their views.

5) Only for those who are leftist: To what extent are you willing to collaborate and amplify the voices of right leaning men’s activists? Do you think the right is fundamentally incompatible with mens issues, or that it can be/is already? Why or why not?

If you could specify your left wing ideology below, that would be great.
