White feather icon in the subreddit header

I thought this idea by /u/liltotto was pretty cool, and it seemed to be well received.

So I tinkered with the subreddit header a little. It's showing up for me on mobile and on desktop if I use the "new" reddit layout. It doesn't show up in oldreddit for me, but maybe that's a RES issue.

The icon is from a freebie icon website, so the good news is that it's copyright and royalty free. The bad news is that it's a stock image. If we have any graphic designers in the house, feel free to submit more options (256x256 pixels in PNG format).

Or if people hate it, I won't be offended. It's very easy to change or revert.

The white feather was the infamous symbol used to shame men into military service during WW1. I chose blue for the background because that's the color associated with the Democratic party in the US (some people make the argument that the Dems aren't leftwing enough, but that's beyond the amount of analysis I put into the color choice here).
