I was walking and there was a pathway between 2 fences but fairly wide, mid day just wandering I hear someone behind me speed up and run infront of me. Just some young women maybe 18ish. She glances over her shoulder at me on the path then a 2nd time without making it a secret, then full on looks right at me for a 3rd time, finally stops completely in the road and turns around watching me maybe 10 feet behind.
