Circumcision should be done only if there is a medical condition, like phimosis. Others can do it because of an hygien preference but it's not necessary.

If you think you have phimosis, tell your parents and contact a doctor, they will tell you everything you need to know about it. If you don't want to tell your parents, do you have an adult you could trust or the family doctor? Anyway it's not something you should feel embarrassed about.

The foreskin is much more than just a piece of skin. It´s something that protects the penis from infections and all this. It has lots of nerves and is not gross in any way if you just wash it good enough. If you cut it off, you probably have issues with beating your meat because it will not be as sensitive without the skin as it is with it. I can´t imagine that someone really will say that they find you gross or something this way just because you are uncircumsiced. I understand that you´re struggling with girls, I also do (M 17). If you are insecure about being uncut, the only time anyone will be paying attention to your dick will likely be when you are with the person you are about to sleep with. What you do is get an errection, pull your foreskin back and you're good to go. In reality, you'll quickly learn girls don't care and even if they did, it's not your problem.

You do need to take care of your hygiene. Again, very easy. Pull your foreskin back, wash everything that would otherwise be covered and then everything else down there. Do that and you're good to go. Do this regularly and do this just before you plan to sleep with someone. If your dick isn't clean, that is something your potential partners will notice and that likely will be a real turn off.

I come from a country where only a tiny percentage of men are circumcised. When this is done it is only done for medical reasons. Apparently there are now non surgical options for some cases.

Someone else's feelings are their responsibility, not yours. If a woman thought you were too tall, would you consider chopping a section out of your legs to accommodate their desires at that moment?
