Yes, they do, but more than that, they get "virgin shamed" wayyyyy more than women do.

Women getting virgin shamed amounts to assumptions they haven't gotten in touch with their sexuality.

Men getting virgin shamed amounts to the fact that people, by in large, think a man isn't actually a man until he gets laid. And if he can't do that then there must be something wrong with him.

No and there's a reason why. It's hard for men to get laid so if he's able to get many women that means he's good looking, charasmatic and has money going for him so essentially he's admired.

A woman can find 100 men who will sleep with her in a day if she wanted to just by asking. So this is not celebrated because nothing is accomplished by her.

I was once called a "slut" by a woman on a first date. I was shocked because I met her through an app specifically for casual hookups and kinks. I asked her to explain. She then said, "Oh, I meant it in a good way." I don't have a hard time with landing women for sex, and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I actually found the comment to be derogatory especially when we met on a sex positive app.

In the UK we have a term called " fuck-boy".

Which is essentially the same/ similar thing as calling a woman a slut.

Fuck-boy as a term is supposed to also imply that they led the woman on - but it's often just used to shame men who are just after casual sex - or by bitter ex's ext.

Yes, being called a fuckboy or whatever is still slut shaming. Men who seek out sex are also mocked and seen as vapid and superficial; idiots who think with their dicks and have nothing worthwhile in their lives. In some cases, they are even treated as dangerous threats for simply enjoying and pursing casual sex. Retroactive jealousy against men isn't treated as slut shaming the way it is when it's directed at women, but it still is slut shaming.

Male and female slut shaming exist hand in hand by the way, and they reinforce each other. You can't get rid of one without acknowledging the other though, and people don't want to acknowledge male slut shaming. The idea that women are corrupted by sex inherently carries the implication that men corrupt by having sex. It's used to paint men and their sexualities as dirty, degrading, corrupting things that should be mocked and repressed. The idea that men are objectifying/dehumanizing a woman by finding her attractive is part of the self-reinforcing cycle of male and female slut shaming, but a lot of people who supposedly oppose the idea that women are degraded by sex refuse to de-program their pre-existing belief that male sexual desire is a degrading thing.

The only time I’ve seen men being ‘slut-shamed’ is when women are told “stay away from him, he’s a player, he’ll just use you and break your heart”.

And to my genuine surprise, it happens quite frequently. It happened to me (I’m a woman) during my first year of college when I told a friend that a cute guy had been speaking to me in a sort of flirtatious way. Can’t lie, I took those words to heart and never spoke to him again, yet I never knew if he was indeed just a player or he was genuinely interested in me. Now I genuinely feel bad for making such an awful judgement without any evidence.

the most effective way to solve the gender dynamics and the way society viewing men as an ugly disposable being is de-sexualizing female body + men practicing feminine sexuality + sexual abstinence (men's sexual target is located outside(women's body), women's sexual target is located in themselves(their own body/narcissistic sexuality) (and my understanding of problems of the whole dynamics is rooted here (Heterosexuality=Asymmetrical/one-sided dynamics)

to some extent? i remember some research about men and women distrusting people with hight body counts and prefering someone around their level, as it is with assortative mating in general, but the social stigma is not the same as for women, the one that men get is the virgin-shaming that you speak about.

Frankly, manwhores should get shamed because worshipping Slannesh is nothing to be proud of. Honestly, I regret the majority of sexual relationships that I had. I didn't even have particularly bad experiences. I was just a moronic horndog when I was younger and played the game to get laid. In other words, I was basically an amoral animal and I regret most of it.

I don't have any perfect answers. Yes, you need to get experience in order to build confidence and knowledge, but this corrupt degenerate society isn't something you need to master anyway. I wish I had left the West 25 years ago instead of 5 years ago.

But I digress. Men do not really get "slut-shamed" in any meaningful or widespread way. They do constantly get shamed in a variety of ways though, and the relevant one to "slut-shaming" is in fact "virgin-shaming" and other similar types of shaming.

Kinda. I think the main difference is that we mostly try to get along with each other whereas if we don't approve of a woman's behavior it is easier to just not interact with them. I can think of 3 men off the top of my head that I think are disgusting because of their sexual habits. I make a snide remark here and there, but it's mostly disguised as ribbing between guys. We work together. We have to be a little diplomatic about it. Those conversations wouldn't even happen if there was a woman present. But when guys are alone, some of them talk, some don't, some judge, others don't.

It's rare because it's harder for men to get many partners, but yes, only it's private shaming, never public.

One partner was always the kind of person that said that past doesn't matter but whenever we would get in a fight the reminding of sexual past was brought upon because I had more sexual partners, so the fight would always shift to "of course you say that because you must already have someone waiting".

Some friends I talked with that had relatively high body counts also expeirenced things alike, even if the women body counts were bigger.

They only say they don't care, but they care and weaponize it, best option is to lie and keep it relatively low but not too low or they'll make fun for being a virgin.

Also, do not ever, by any means, under any circumstances say that you had same sex relationships, it's like a switch, suddenly they start talking like they belong in the Opus Dei
